Tel Aviv’s artsy little rebel. Think Brooklyn meets hummus. Where street art covers the walls, bars spill into the sidewalks, and everyone looks like they’re in a band (and probably are). This is where Alice and Nitzan call home. Come by and see how we do things around here.
The name of the neighborhood literally translates into "heart of the city, " and it lives up to it. This is where old Tel Aviv meets the new. Along Nahalat Binyamin, you'll find lively art markets framed by Bauhaus buildings while on Rothschild, you'll hear scooters humming past espresso-filled conversations from hi-techistim (people who work in hi-tech) gathered outside their start-ups. It's a beautiful, layered, and somehow manages to feel both historic and brand new at the same time.

Charming, quiet(ish), and prettier than it needs to be. One of Tel Aviv’s oldest neighborhoods, now full of boutiques, galleries, and people walking very small dogs very slowly. Great for wandering, window-shopping, and pretending you live in a restored Bauhaus dream.
Ancient, beautiful, and still buzzing with life. Jaffa is one of the oldest port cities in the world, with layers of history, culture, and really good food. It’s a mix of old stone alleys, mosques, churches, flea markets, and a ton of character — where Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities have lived side by side for centuries.

The heart of the city and fully aware of it. Dizengoff Square, Bauhaus buildings, and more cafés per block than your brain can process. It’s noisy, crowded, and very alive — the kind of place where you’ll pass a dog in sunglasses and not even blink.
Leafy streets, wide sidewalks, and that “let’s grab coffee after our run” energy. The Old North is calm without being boring — close to the beach, full of great cafés, and ideal for wandering with no real plan. It feels lived-in, local, and a little easier to breathe.
The real reason anyone puts up with the rent here. Tel Aviv’s beaches stretch for miles, with each one slightly different in vibe but united by sun, sea, and varying levels of shirtlessness. Go for a swim, grab a beer, watch a paddleball game get weirdly intense — repeat as needed.
